Help teachers with literacy projects and early education programs for 1 to 5 year olds. Help with food pantry, rent/utility assistance program, professional women's clothing pantry. Background check, recent TB test required to volunteer in the classroom. Interact with children of women with substance abuse issues while mothers are in class; one evening per week, 68pm, M-TH evenings. Collaborate with Program Director, Kim Brown, to develop discussion groups with adult clients during daytime hours; 30 minutes-1 hour per week between 9:30am-3pm, M-TH. Tutoring for high school diplomas, GEDs.
